COMPLAINTS
PROCEDURE Any complaint about any matter concerning any advice or assistance provided to the Client by UK Visas Online must be directed in writing to the Director of Casework, UK Visas Online, Head Office, 2 Sheraton Street, London W1F 8BH, United Kingdom, e-mail: alexandra.kaleniuk@ukvisasonline.com, fax: +44 (0)87 00 94 14 92. Acknowledgement of receipt of any complaint shall be given to the Client normally within 48 hours and a full written response to the complaint given normally within 7 working days.
