All our caseworkers at UK Visas Online.com are highly skilled and experienced professionals and all of our senior caseworkers and supervisors are professional solicitors or barristers who are members of the Law Society or the General Council of the Bar respectively.  These organisations regulate all their members whom they require to comply with their respective codes of professional conduct.  The Office of Supervision of Solicitors deals with complaints against solicitors and the Bar Council Complaints Department deals with complaints against barristers in England and Wales.  

The UK government has also introduced a legal requirement that anyone providing immigration advice and services must be a member of a regulatory body such as the Law Society or the General Council of the Bar or otherwise registered with the Immigration Services Commissioner who is appointed by the UK government to ensure such persons providing immigration advice and services:

• are fit and competent to do so
• act in the best interests of their clients
• do not knowingly mislead any court, tribunal or adjudicator in the United Kingdom
• do not seek to abuse any procedure operating in the United Kingdom in connection with immigration or asylum (including any appellate or other judicial procedure)
• do not advise any person to do something which would amount to such an abuse*
